Single Nightshade v2 18" Box

I've spent the last 2 days trying to figure out my best options in regards to aeroport for my box and I just can't figure out what to do. I am running a single nightshade v2 18" on a Crescendo BC3500 and want the box to be 4 cubes after all displacement & bracing at 30hz. The dimensions of the box are roughly Height - 18 Width - 30 Depth - 18. I was thinking 1 6" aeroport at 16" long or 2 4" aeroports at 14".

The main problem I am having is getting the most port area I possibly can because it says I am below the range on the Torres Calculator. The setup is going to be Sub up and port back in a trunk car. I've thought about all the different possibilities such as; elbows inside the box, elbows coming out the side of the box to face the rear but neither of those options interest me really unless they are my only option.

I understand a few people might say just go with a slot port but I haven't yet created one and would just like to stick to aeroport at this time. I'm sure sometime in the future I will make the conversion but as of now I'm just going to stick to aero's.

My last question is when using the Torres calculator and finding the length of a port does it already include the flare length of port or do you need to add 1 inch to what it says?

I would greatly appreciate any help I could get regarding the issues I have posted above.

Ok your tuning is real low hope you are clear what you want to accomplish with it. Here is what came up with:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 30.072 Hz

Vb = 4.035 ft^3

External Height = 19.5 in

External Width = 29.75 in

External Depth = 20 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 29 3/4 x 20

Left & Right Sides = 18 1/2 x 17 1/4

Front & Back = 29 3/4 x 17 1/4

Port Quantity and Dimensions:

Number of Ports = 1

Pipe Port Diameter = 8

Pipe Port Length = 31 1/4

Obviously the port has to turn with an elbow and will need bracing. See if the dims are suitable.
