99powerstroker Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 I am buying an AudioQue hdc3 15 and want to put it in a 4th order. This will be my first 4th order build. I am looking for a daily driver box. I want it to get loud but then again not blow the sub. The amp will be roughly 1000-1500 rms. The box is going on the backseat of my F250. Max dimensions are 35in long by 18in deep by 15-18in tall. Just need some help or guidance on how to do so. Current Set-up: * Two 12" Kicker Cvx's in a custom box tuned to 34 hertz * Mb Quart onyx 1500.1d pushing my Kickers at 1 ohm * Jvc Headunit * Kicker Ks68 door speakers * All 4 gauge wire

Guest Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 You don't have the airspace for a good 4th order. You only have enough for a normal ported box if he only has enough room for a regular box, there's no way he's gonna fit a 6th order thats bigger than a 4th order.

I am just looking for something louder then my current set up and I was thinking to try a 4th order.
