(2) No person shall modify the exhaust system of a motor vehicle or an off highway vehicle in amanner which will amplify or increase the noise emitted by the motor of such vehicle above that emitted by the muffler originally installed on the vehicle. The original muffler shall comply with all of the noise requirements of KRS Chapter 224 and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. No person shall operate a motor vehicle with an exhaust system so modified. As for how Wisconsin's laws go, I have no idea. That's just an example...lol Quote POTATO!
