well get you an mini atc fuse tap and tap the radio or sunroof fuse that will be your remote to the amp

get a Line out converter and tap either the front or rear speakers

No reason you have to damage anything to use an aftermarket H/U.

No reason it would void any warranty.

It wouldn't void the warranty, but he might lose Onstar or XM or both. That's where the real cost of getting a new H/U comes in buying modules and stuff.
