Lost Legacy
I have a new headunit with 3 RCA outputs; Front Rear Sub . However i also run a soundstream equalizer which has one RCA input and all the other outputs you expect on a Equalizer. Just curious which head unit RCA output should i be running to the equalizer? bass_stalker
seems like you wouldnt really need the eq, does your headunit not have a good eq. i'm assuming you could use a 2 female to 1 male y connector to put the front and rear channels together but i dont know if that would work Quote JEEP BUILD PROJECT ANTIBLING.2000 jeep Cherokee.HEADUNITAlpine Cda-9886SUBSTAGE1 acendent 18" audio mayhem motor with a TI basket and tantric parts1 prototype DAT hellfire 1000.1HIGHSStockELECTRICALdb link 0 gaugeKnuconceptz Kolossus 4 gauge1 xs power d3400 under hoodBig 3 upgradeold fourwheeler build The only way to delete your SMD account is for you crawl to steve meades door step on your knees and pleade for his forgiveness and acceptance to be released...He will either grant your wishes.....or choke you with a large piece of 0 gauge and electrocute you by hooking up a solid gold DC 12k at 0.000001 ohm and 10000 volts to your eye sockets and blow your head apart You guys act like you have never clogged a toilet and ran around the bathroom frantically hoping it don't overflow. HatersGonnaHate
I have mine running off of the 'front' output off of my H/U. Then from the EQ to my 4 channel amp for my fronts and rears. I kept my subs on the RCA output of the H/U though because I actually had a loss of power going to my sub-stage when I ran the RCA's off of the EQ. Sweet, thats how i thought it would be done as Front should have no filter pre put on it. (if that makes sense) Strange that the sub-stage was losing power when running through EQ. I'll probably end up testing that on my gear now haha. HatersGonnaHate
Yea, I'd recommend trying each setup.... 1 from the h/u to the eq, then everything run off the eq. Then switch it up and have the subs off of the h/u, and run the rest off the eq.... I'd also recommend that once you pick your final setup, tune it all with the DD-1 Quote My name is AdamThis is my Civic Build.7" Samsung Tab 2Kenwood KDC-X896Clarion EQS746Sundown X-15DC 3.5k @2ohmHatersGonnaHate's 02 Civic UBLELD Bypass for Honda Civic/Accord/FitDon's Jeep Grand Cherokee Rebuild N8ball2013 - i think you'd stick your dick in a blender if it told you it was 40 wtih two kids your age. lol srp365 - If posting were picking up bitches, I'd be going home single tonight looks like tony montana sneezed in your car. Lost Legacy
i don't own a DD-1 . Going to check on a forum in my country to see if any of the guys got one sent over from the states, otherwise i'll find an O-Scope. But will DEFINITELY tune the setup this time round, i don't like mr.clipity Quote Honda Accord SirT + Mad sounds = Awesomeness VTEC go BRAAAAAPPPP http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/141261-99-accord-sirt-sq-build/ Alright well i never done the big 3 so i see in my vision my truck on fire...
