gt58 Posted August 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 shaved off excess and laid more deadener down. still cant stop that damn rattle from the latch. i tried hockey tape and wraped it around to avoid the metal on metal, barely helped. any suggestions? gt58 Posted September 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 current box tuned to 38 a little too high for my liking. spent some quality time doing it right, built this new box @ 32.5 hz. i still wanted sufficient port area or i would have tuned it lower if it didn't sacrifice too much port area. big ups to joe x. that guy has helped me so much with various box designs in the past. first time trying the 45's last night we got the baffle on, today we gotta sand down where the baffle opening meets the port walls, make it all flush and smooth Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
