Kyblack76 Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 (edited) Get a DD-1 and set your gains with it Get a multi meter and put the positive and negative leads on the speaker terminals (respectively). turn the dial so it will read off the ohm load at the amp, then tell us what it reads. Yes.... OP report back,.. if you have a multi meter.... Edit - I have absolutly no experiance with kicker gear.... i wouldnt imagine he is running that low.... but....... knowing the load could help though.... Im just wondering if perhaps you are frying 1 of the vc's then setting off a chain reaction of impedance then airspace.
