ALPINE408 Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 3 twelves has less cone area but have more motor strength.. so you need to see what fits your ride better.. the motor can overcome the cone area issue ... but by far it is way easier to work with two 15's instead of 3 twelves later Doug thank you doug that was more of the point i was trying to get at ive had 3 12's kick the crap outa 2 15's and im done with this thread!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna run 2 FI 18's Q's... 1500 watts to each woofer.. both of them in a wall... I am gonna get either 2 amps, or 1 big one.. The amp i just got is already sold and gone..
