conkay Posted May 23, 2012 Report Posted May 23, 2012 I'm kinda new to be ported boxes. Just wanted to make sure I was figuring port displacement right. I'm wanting to build a slot port box that shares 3 common walls. If I have a port height of 12 inches. A width 8 inches and a length of 24 inches my port displacement would be 1.3 cubes correct. Any info. would be appreciated.
Joe X Posted May 23, 2012 Report Posted May 23, 2012 Incorrect since the non common walls of the port displace some volume as well, download the Torres calculator (here on SMD) and it will do this for you automatically.
