audioman21 Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 I just purchased a 0 gauge wiring kit from knukonceptz. It comes with my choice of fuses and they'll only give me a 250a fuse. I emealed them to see if they'll give me a 300a fuse anyway and they said no. They said that kit only takes up to a 250a fuse. The thing is I saw a Stinger 0 gauge kit with the same strand count (5145 or something like that) as the Knukonceptz and was wondering if I could just swap it with a 300? The amp I plan on running is the MTX92001 at 2 ohms would this be ok? BTW it's the KLM kit. Quote
ChevyBoy Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 you should be plenty fine with a 250 amp fuse for that amp. that should give you around 2500-3000rms play with a 250. i have a 300 on mine at 1 ohm and it hasnt popped yet. Quote
