carshateme Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 I just hooked my new DB drive amp up to my system and I turned the volume up to 4 and it started making this high pitch electrical squeal....my ground is perfectly fine, my rcas are away from my power wire and muffler...I unplug the rcas and the noise still continues...wtf happened Nothing was turned up...it was all at factory settings New build coming soon. Zapanater Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 Had that happen to a 1000bd. Transformer went bad. Maybe a week old? Send 'er back! 2015 Subaru Outback. That is all, I refuse to touch it.
