Noob question about bass blocker

Sorry for the noob question but I've never dealt with a solder bass blocker. Somebody help mi out.

Amplifier: 1 AQ2200d for break in period

Subwoofers: 2 AQ HDC3 18's

Mids and Highs: 1 pair of AQ PA-6.5's and 1 pair of AQ PA Supertweets

Both on music

Is that a horn tweeter?

If so, it will not receive sufficient power if you don't feed it at least (approx) 50W RMS meaning a head unit won't cut it. It needs an amp, and many will have a HPF (even many decks have them) which will be adjustable and more effective than the "bass blocker"

Edit: Just looked at the specs on your H.U. according to your "new setup" and it does have a hpf.... I recommend using that instead of the bass blocker if possible
