dmart1501 Posted May 27, 2012 Report Posted May 27, 2012 I just picked up a crescendo 3500 and I was wandering, to bridge the amp, do I connect speaker wires to outside +/- or inside? It doesn't say on the amp like it normally would. Sorry for the noob question but just making this clear. I have the wires on the outside set and it doesn't seem like I'm getting full output.
OrionStang Posted May 27, 2012 Report Posted May 27, 2012 Its a mono amp. You don't bridge it, you can use either + and either -, they are connected inside the amp. How many subs do you have and what are their voice coils? SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
dmart1501 Posted May 27, 2012 Author Report Posted May 27, 2012 I have 2 re sx 18s. Dual 4s . Running at 1 ohm
OrionStang Posted May 27, 2012 Report Posted May 27, 2012 Doesn't matter which pos or neg you use. Maybe double check and make sure you're subs are wired right. Mistakes happen. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
dmart1501 Posted May 27, 2012 Author Report Posted May 27, 2012 Well the subs are brand new so I'm goin easy anyway to break em in. I assumed it wouldn't matter but just figured I'd ask in case it made a difference
