AUDIOADDICT02 Posted May 28, 2012 Report Share Posted May 28, 2012 sand with like 320, then 800, then wet sand with 2000 then prime, paint, and clear. thats how i did most of my interior and my friend that paints interior pieces and grills and stuff like that for money does it that way too Not trying to bash you, but 2000 grit for paint? That's what is used when color-sanding & buffing. Even when just re-clearcoating we sand with 600/800 grit & you can't tell it's been sanded.
