fucking love this topic!! you have worked a lot on that volvo, looks pretty nasty, when i saw the first walls i was like jummm that sucks lol, then when you said you were gonna wall with 6 10s i was like why another wall? subs up/port back non walled should work better, but god damn, 153 sealed with that amount of power on a daily box is pretty nasty, makes me want to wall my swift with 6 10s and not using 2 15s non walled like i have right now!!

can we get some box specs? just curious, keep it up man and definitely tuned in for more!

thanks man!

i got "how to calculate your wall litres" in a 2 seperate videos:

But theyre in Finnish, so i appology.

The Box is: 614litres tuned to 47Hz. But we know that in a wall car the volume of the enclosure works together with the volume of the cabin.

There is two air masses that needs to be calculated and the true volume of the enclosure is calculated: (volume of the enclosure times volume of the cabin) divided by (volume of the enclosure added to volume of the cabin)

Ve*Vc / Ve+Vc

my cabin volume is 1789litres 614litres enclosure = 457litres

457l, 85cm x 15cm port tuned to 47Hz

doors closed 52-53Hz peaks

doors open 35-38Hz peaks

depens on the temperature of air.

no they can´t hommie, pretty sure there´s a way to eliminate that protection circuit, but stock amplifier they can´t handle it, 15.8v it´s their limit iirc...
