Build looks very solid and the leds came out nice. only a couple things I want to say about the bandpass video. I agree less than 50 is great for a 4th but you can get away with a little higher and it still performs well. I generally go with anything from 50-80 would work in either 4th or 6th. Higher than that 6th or ported. Also you mention about tuning frequency guidelines but there is a little more to it than that. Ideally you would want the port to be tuned at the sealed resonance of the sealed section. A few hz above or below would be ok but you don't really want to get far from that.
