Need help building an enclosure for shallow mount tens

I recently picked up 2 brand new shallow mount Memphis MR10S4 for a steal. Now I've put car audio in all my cars I've owned, but I've always used pre fab boxes ..( i know fail) but i decided i want to start building my own boxes, so today i went and picked up two sheets of 3/4 MDF that are 2ftx 4ft 1in will the be enough to build two separate boxes for these subs, I want them to be sealed and I need help designing a box.

What were working with its a 92 Dodge d150 single cab that i built a bracket to install bucket seats then i built a console that runs all the way to the back wall thats why i want two seperate boxes.

Sub specs: nonminakmpedance 4 Ohms,voice coil diameter 1.66in, continous power 300watts, maximum power 600 watts,mounting hole 9.26in, mounting depth 2.8in, for recomended enclosures it says sealed 0.30 CF

Sorry that this has nothing to do with your post but I think I saw those memphis shallows on ebay for around $80 was it? indeed a steal! However, building a sealed box is quite simple and a good program to use is Google SketchUp if you know how to use it. What kind of dimensions are you working with? I might be able to put one together for you, im fairly new at it but I am aiming for practice.
