Good mids and highs for medium price?

Hey guyz... Trying to get some new component sets for my 05 cts. Havent been around in a while but wondering what good components are out there for a medium price? can you help. One more question... Can you hook super tweeters up to a mid bass speaker and crossover to make a component? My goal is to have some loud and clear highs with decent mid bass

JBL's are a really damn good speaker for the money and take power like not many others can.
