Planet Audio PX1500M

So I have been looking at amps because hopefully next week i should have some money to spend so I was looking at amps and I found this amp,

http://www.amazon.com/Planet-Audio-PX1500M-Monoblock-Amplifier/dp/tech-data/B006OAKN6Q/ref=de_a_smtd, has anyone used this amp before because i was looking at specs and it says it puts out 450 watts at 4 ohms which is about what I need to power my amp. otherwise if this amp is not good enough could somebody else point me towards an amp for less than $120 that puts out between 300-500 watts at 4 ohms.
