What are the advantages of aero ports over slot?

I can't give you an exact answer but from what I know they are more efficient.

I chose an aero because of how much port area and length I needed in such a small enclosure. It was the only way I could make it fit very well without doing anything too funky!

Got the baffle cut out today and I am pleased with how it turned out. couldn't find my circle jig after looking for atleast an hour so i said screw it and used the jig saw.

I will let the pictures do the talking:

Now this is probably one of my favorite pictures, This was planned and it couldn't have turned out more perfect!

I can thank not having any clearance issues to hours spent in inventor to make everything fit :good:

Sorry I kept you waiting for an answer, but after a long holiday: Cut off I would take it around 90 Hz... my 5.25 in doorspeakers take it pretty good, that is considering their size off course.

A lot of updates during last month :hi:

Are you keeping the Audison or switching it all over to the Skar amp?

Woofer: 12" Phase Linear Aliante Limited

Mids & highs: DLS Ultimate 5 1/4"

Amp: Audison VRX 6.420

HU: Sony CDX-C90R

I think i'm switching because the Skar will put out more power.

I currently have the Audison in the for sale section but there hasn't been much interest

There should be another good update later today too, got lots done yesterday but didn't have time to post pictures and have some more time today.
