Johny B Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 Hey guys, I added my second battery and for some reason, my voltage has lowered. Before putting the battery in, my voltage was 14.1 at idle. Now with the second battery, its 13.8 at idle. Anyone know why? My wires were crimped then saudered so connections are pretty tight. My volt meter is hooked up to the sub amp like it always was and not the new rear battery. YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP. Put the work in and then maybe get the respect when it has been earned 151.6 with single 12 at 41 hz 153.2 with 2 12's at 43 hz power: dd m4

Guessing it's depleted and therefore pulling down your system voltage when connected.
