May go with 3/4 dowel or glass the walls. Whenever I run numbers, for similar airspace, I can't get numbers to work with a port like that. The box is about 5.6 cu before displacement, the port is about 24" long. I forget. 13.5 tall and 5" wide to the two 2.5" for each sub it puts the tuning around 32-34hz . This is off memory I don't have the numbers with me right now.
