dyablo409
so i have asked this before but with no results so now i found this with Google "finally used it to search for stuff" http://rftech.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/98/~/using-bd-sync-to-bridge-two-mono-amps so by what it says i would still have to use both the gain nobs. This is what i was trying to avoid because one of my gain nobs is messed up. is there any way around this or i just have to get it fixed and power sync them. i really don't see any point in having the cable if you know what i mean. thanks in advance for any help btw love this place

dyablo409
look at the way sundown amps are starpped, when i was strapped i only used 1 knob yes i know i have looked into that but these are a bit older and the web site says that you still have to match the gain Gain Controls - It's important to set the gain control on both amplifiers exactly the same . This allows the amplitude of the first amplifier (0°) to match the sign-wave amplitude of the second amplifier (180°.) This insures that both amplifiers produce a full musical sign-wave
fox_racin4
What amps, Usually the purpos of strapping is so you only need 1 gain knob lol 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole

AMI CUSTOMS
Sounds like you are SOL, those model RF amps suck IMO, you have to set both gains and each phase, when you bridge two together they split the sine wave. So each amp produces half the wave.
