I've got an AQ1200d that I used in my last system about a year ago, and I want to check to make sure its still good to go into my next setup. Its been about a year since I took it out of my Tahoe and from then till now its just sat in my house and my garage. I dont think weather/heat would be an issue since it sits inside of a hot car its whole life. Is there an easy way to test if its still good or do I have to wait until I get everything set up?

you can just take a short run of like 8 gauge or 4 gauge and wire it to a car battery, then hook up an ipod into the rca inputs, and hook up a small speaker on the speaker outputs. should work fine.

Use short wires to connect to your front battery. Jump the +12v wire to your remote wire input. Use a mini jack to rca converter to plug your ipod or phone directly to the amp. Test with a small speaker. Or just install it and pray :P

Edit: ^^^ Well shit
