I'm really confused about the hifonics amps. Everyone says they do rated then in their next post they say don't expect full power from that amp?

BRZ line does rated...some slight more some a little less but right in the ballpark. What amp are you looking at exactly?

alright so i'm about to buy the battery but i heard mixing batteries isn't good. I have a bigger oreilly's battery up front and i'm going with the xs power amp in the back. Is that fine or is that bad?

It's not going to hurt anything. Some say not to mix battery chemistry (ie flooded with agm) but you'll be running all agm. You're good to go just put that sucker in.
