yeah. your alt outputs like 50-60% power while idling since it's not spinning that fast. play while you're driving down the road at 40mph and notice how the voltage doesn't drop as fast/much.

thats probably more than what your current alt can output while driving

thats gonna be difficult since you have like 0 space.

with your max dims, you have 2.99cuft of space with .75" wood

with your max dims, you can do a single 6" port that is 18" long. preferably aero. added in with some bracing and sub displacement, you're right around 2.56cuft and 36.4hz.
