gt58
Here is a suggestion, port area is more than enough: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 34.2 Hz Vb = 2.2 ft^3 External Height = 14.5 in External Width = 28 in External Depth = 16 in Port Width = 2 3/8 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: Front = 24 7/8 x 13 Back = 28 x 13 Left & Right Sides: Side 1 = 14 1/2 x 13 Side 2 = 15 1/4 x 13 Top & Bottom = 28 x 16 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 12 1/8 x 13 Extension = 11 x 13 Assembly guide (generic dimensions) what program did you use ? the only way to tune it lower would be to make the port smaller or make the box bigger, but it wont be able to breathe and hit hard with the smaller port? is this correct? thanks for the diagram we might be changing ours around or using yours

gt58
if the extension part is too long will it interfere with the subs sound firing backwards?
Joe X
if the extension part is too long will it interfere with the subs sound firing backwards? Changed my suggestion above to a 32Hz tuning 2.4 cubic feet, you can enter the enclosure data in Torres with a port center line length of 31 1/4" to verify the results.
