w87will Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Not completely dead. But my Car is sluggish starting up. My battery terminal also tells me its "Lo". When the car starts up the voltage jumps back to the 13.8 its usually at. But when I turn the car off it slowly drains to around 10.1 volts and then says "lo". Here is my battery: So I now need a new battery that is about the same or better. Maybe powermaster? Also Do they have the same stock mounting groves in the bottom? I dont know much about Batteries. If it is my alt it really doesnt matter, because in acouple of days I should have my 300a Alt in But it wouldnt be the alt if the voltage is fine while the car is on....it drains real quick when the car turns off.
