You'll want a port about 4-5 in height. You'll also want to input common port walls as 1 if you want to run the port on the bottom of the box like most SUV setups. You'll definitely need bracing since having the port like that is a weak spot. The subs arent THAT heavy though, so not much bracing. Get your port area to about 12-16 sq inches per foot and make sure you have the amount of airspace each woofer needs X2.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

If you're not using aero ports, you don't fill that box in, or the diameter box.

thanks for telling me because it was all out of wack

Hey whats up ya'll I have been talkin to the OP and his max dimensions are 20"h x 37"w x 24"d. I'll post a link to what I came up with in Torre's below. Anyway he is looking for a slot port along the bottom of the box firing to the back and wants the sub facing upward. Also wants tuning around 35hz. The maximum ported box volume is 4ft^3 and the minimum ported box volume is 2ft^3. I got these specs from the spec list on sonicelectronix. It's a daily setup and will be powered by a BRE2500.1D so I'm guessing these subs will be seeing around 1.9-2k rms daily after box rise and a little voltage drop.

Sub Info from Maxxsonics:

What I have come up with for this:

Yeah thats about what i was thinking. Alittle more height but that was just an option. Any help or maybe a full diagram if someone has some free time and is looking?. Sorry im a noob only 19 have to wheel and deal everything i get. But i can utilize as much space as needed anyway because i was planning on adding 2 more 15s in the near future for a nice daily or maybe comps idk. but maybe some blazer guys can chime in on whats loudest box wise for them because i guess i want to be as loud as possible for the funds i have and the box is where im starting.

I totally lack the skills in the Sketch Up programs but like you said hopefully someone will chime in on this one and I am sure they will. We have many great and very knowledgeable members around here. I have always thought a box that has been designed and tuned right running on less power sounds better than a poorly designed box with huge amounts of power thrown at it. I'm sure we can get you up running with a design and then you can take off on the building process
