BTW my ground is under my seatbelt bold and has been grind down to bare metal 2001 vw gti 2 hds212s 4.75 net tuned to 34hz audioque1200 wired to 1 ohm nvx 0 gauge to the back kinetic khc 2000 kenwood deck

Not sure of the exact details but I had the same problem and was told to use a relay for the remote turn on. My problem went away before I installed the relay and not sure why. Turn-off pop can be difficult to chase down sometimes. You said that it still occurs with the RCAs disconnected from the amplifiers so that rules out the possibility of an upstream component causing the noise. I would disconnect the turn-on from the amplifier with the system on – does the pop go away? If so, my turn-on relay kit won’t solve your problem. Either way, the TORK2 turn-on relay kit is a great idea for turning on 6 devices.
