Saltine Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 they didnt do any of that for me. i went to see the DA. she read what tickets i got and asked me if i fixed anything or did i want to pay the fines. i said i removed the tint and got a new brake tag although not one single person knew what was wrong with mine and why the cop gave me an illegal brake tag ticket. she said ok well if you plead guilty to "no parking posted" i'll throw these other 2 out. so i said ok went into the court room. judge already had my plea. asked if i could pay the $118 now or did i need an extension..i listened to my aunts advice and got a 30 day extension. from there she handled it and got everything thrown out. usually she does everything and i dont even goto court but this was my first time going through the process and it still turned out good Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
