Caliboyz Customs
We where testing shop car the other day and and pushing 154.2 db.. We noticed we keept droping down 153.9, then 153.5.. Keep in mind everything is getting fully charged. Subs are cool in most case do to weather temp plus change. Decide to call it a day and hope weather was part of the play. About a 3 hour test and tune. Plus full songs at tilt with a couple hair tricks.. Anyways we get in the car and decide to play a song for the drive home. About loud enough where your ears new the system was on.... A electrical current went crazy in sub, I just said well i deserve a bad coil not playing to nice today.. went to shop to test it, coils where fine ohm 2.3 each. Tore it apart and well lets say the motor sounded like it had a peace of steel bouncing around inside. (pole peace)? So anyone have any idea how a motor does that? sundownz
If anything is loose it's the shorting ring; it's the only piece that can come loose without the motor shifting completely.
