jizazz12 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Need a hand with figuring out the port for the new box i'm going to be building for my impala, I have two LVL 4's in a six cube box with 4 4" external aero ports firing thru my rear deck . The new box is going to be 17Hx36Wx27D 7.89 cubes gross 7.43 after sub displacement looking to tune to 33HZ, subs are 15" DC M1 XL's .7's being powered by a Crescendo 3kwp . I'm looking to do the same concept with the port but instead of aero's i would like to do a slot/square port thru the rear deck my problem is i'm not sure how to figure out port area for this i've always used aeros and the psp calc from the site to figure port length, i would use aeros for this as well but don't think i have enough room on the deck for all the flares.
