EdgarG0721 Posted August 14, 2012 Report Share Posted August 14, 2012 Ok so I installed my alt couple weeks ago and it used to make a screeching noise when it started the car for less then a second from the looks of it until the engine speed fast enough at idle.well it when away right away. Today I wired all my batt. Big 3 and it make the same noise only way loser for like 5 secs it idles at 1600 then drop to like 6 right away wich is wierd is it cause its charging my batt?
