Should have some soon, I got a new job an start 2morrow, so I can get a steady cash flow back in, an as soon as I do, I'm going to start on my 6th order bandpass for the 2 12s. My build 98 s10 2.2 3 american bass HD 15s with psi soft parts. (on there way here) atomic at-3000.1 (soon) 146.2 outlaw @39hz., bad alt an bad batt when termed (old 2 12" build) alpine 6.5s in doors infinty 4x6s in dash. clarion cz201 HU. mechman 240a H/O alt stuff i still need. SHCA 2/0 wire SHCA 1/0 to 2/0 adapters Atomic AT-3000.1 Lots of sound deadner new mids an highs, still debating on what to do. A few Deka g31 batts.
zydrix Posted April 28, 2013 Author Report Posted April 28, 2013 well guys its a sad day, my first car i owned an my first car i did a build in is done. the car engine blew. pretty sad that my first car has to be hauled to the scrap yard. the engine in that car is a junk engine an not worth rebuilding or getting a new one. car did get my 2 1st places in spl competitions hosted by jerry. 143.5 with a 15" DC lvl 4 XL upgrade. tx1300.1 amp stock everything. 144.7 with an aq HDC3 12" DD m2a amp, upgraded alt. will have to see what happens now My build 98 s10 2.2 3 american bass HD 15s with psi soft parts. COLTON94 Posted April 28, 2013 Report Posted April 28, 2013 Id pull the alt off and all the gear out, the car is worth saving if its nice body and interrior wise could always do a 3400 or 3800 na swap on it. Their fairly easy as far as engine swaps go either swap would yield more power nd mpg

Well I think I found a 1989 Chevy s-10 with a 5 speed in it runs pretty good for about a grand. So I'm hoping I can get that. I think my alt will fit it too. COLTON94 Posted April 28, 2013 Report Posted April 28, 2013 Without a camper shell their isnt enough height for 15's. 12s are the biggest u can go sub wise and if u plan to keep it all in front of the fenderwells u have roughly 9 cubes to work with if my math was right
