Hunters21w
Spun the box around, the front is now the back. Decided to run 3 6" aeros facing the hatch. Should put me at about 35hz tuning. It was getting cold and dark so I'm throwing the ports in tomorrow. 06 Police TahoeHU- Pioneer 80prsAmp- Crossfire 8kSub- 4 15" Crossfire xs v2sWire- 1/0 Knu/AudiotechnixAlt- 3 Mechman SMD 340sBatts- 6 XS Power 3100s, 2400
Hunters21w
Aeros in! Hunters21w
I'm still stuck around the same numbers... However it got louder at lower frequencies and also gains with the drivers side window down. It didn't before. Also going to try different spacing between the hatch, theyre a good 6" away but I think being closer will gain. Lastly, the box is too big, the subs are moving a shit ton. Going to cut the box depth down a couple inches. More work to come this week. 06 Police TahoeHU- Pioneer 80prsAmp- Crossfire 8kSub- 4 15" Crossfire xs v2sWire- 1/0 Knu/AudiotechnixAlt- 3 Mechman SMD 340sBatts- 6 XS Power 3100s, 2400

Hunters21w
Finally got these bad boys in! Stock wiring a PITA though, super short and super stiff, forced me to have to turn the distros so they'd reach. O well.. 06 Police TahoeHU- Pioneer 80prsAmp- Crossfire 8kSub- 4 15" Crossfire xs v2sWire- 1/0 Knu/AudiotechnixAlt- 3 Mechman SMD 340sBatts- 6 XS Power 3100s, 2400

REaudioBuff
I would love to know how that box is too big for those subs! I'm really thinking of building my next one to be 6cubes @32hz for my single 15. I currently have one that's 5.2 @26hz and i melted the leads cause I'm running a 5k to 1 xsv2. Just wondering how you're thinking your box is too big for you? Other than that I love this build I'd tune a bit lower tho 1 Crossfire XS v2 15" 2 Deka group31a's 1 XS Power D3400 (under hood) 1 Addictive Audio 500.1 1 Rockford 3sixty.2 4 Crescendo pwx 6.5s 2 Pyle Pro Super tweets 1 Crescendo 1000c4 Kenwood excelon x494 Head unit Big Three upgrade All 0 gauge of course 1 4.56c^ft box @28hz (New Best official db score= 151.2 @ 36hz)
Hunters21w
Trust me I wouldn't think so either, but with 3 subs in a common chamber the box doesn't need to be as big as say 1 sub by itself. They're moving like crazy in this box!
