If you just need a couple extra inches, you can try a pair of 4" ports, rather than a single 6" otherwise if you have to go slot, here's some rough numbers for you. box dims. 12.5 high, 30 wide, 21 deep. 1 extra baffle port dims. 11 high, 3 wide, 26 long that's 33 sq inches of port net volume is ~2.4, so 1.2 per sub tuning @ 33hz If you really wanna do an aero though, consider porting to the side. seen plenty of setups like this, and they usually do pretty well.
