TylerParrish Posted September 8, 2012 Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 My original battery plans were gonna be a 3100 up front and a 3400 in the big...but I found a good ass price on an S3400 that I would use up front and I could put 2 smaller batts in the back that could equals the same amount of amps as the 3100 and 3400 combined. Is there a disadvantage to usin 3 smaller batts instead of 2 bigger ones? Power comes from there first, so I would put the 3400 there then 3100 in the back. Then just a personal preference, if the price isn't all that much different, I'd stick with the 2 batts. But if the deal is that great on the S3400, go for that and 2 smaller batts. Again, as you know, many will chime in and say. But that's just my 2 cents. Take it for whatcha want.
