Distro block placement question. Noob in need of help!!

Ok so i have two amps one for mids and tweets and one for my subs. The mids amp is in the front passenger seat floor board and the sub amp is under the backseat in my truck. I also have a hc2000 kinetik behind my backseat. My question is can i place a power distrobution block near the firewall and run a power wire to the mids amp then take another lead back to the battery and then to the sub amp? Ideally i would run the main line from stock battery to kinetik then to distro block then to each amp but thats out of the question because of amp locations and i dont want to run two full lengths of wire in my truck. I just want to make sure i can do this before i blow something up hehe although that would add for excitement! Thanks guys! BTW the mids amp is a polk pa660 and the sub amp is a ap3000d on two sa-8s not that it really matters....

Place it as close as you can to both amps. Make the runs off the distro to the amps the same length if.you can.

This would work i just dont want to make multiple runs of power (stock batt to rear batt then to sub amp in the rear then a run all the way back to the front amp) Im just running two SA-8s.....
