IndianaBassHead Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 I bought an 02 blazer last night and it has RDS, which seems to be a pain in the ass to wire a new headunit in. Does anyone have any experience wiring one? I just bought a pioneer deh-80prs and I'd like to have it wired by friday night at the latest since there is an event saturday. My question is, is there any way to wire this head unit with out the $100+ RDS wiring kit? I read somewhere that a saturn wiring kit will fit then I need to run a wire to ignition to switch power on and off. Thanks for any help! That way I won't have to have a harness at all. Sorry for the noob question but I've always ran wiring harnesses.
