Tweeters making static noise?

my tweeters in the dash make a static noise when i turn the volume up past like 15/62. Headunit is a pioneer deh6300-ub with prime rockford fosgate tweeters and a factory 4 channel. Anyone know whats going on?

Your wire harness for your headunit supports the operation of the stock amplifier? If so, its probably the wiring not being able to hold the wattage the speakers are drawing from the amp. Remember that stock amplifiers are made to make the best sound at the cheapest budget. None of the other speakers make noise? And how did you tie in the tweeters to the wiring?
