CJSmith Posted October 2, 2012 Report Posted October 2, 2012 Today I bought a RF T1500.2bd amp. There is nothing wrong with it mechanically and it only has a couple scratches on it. I bought it from a friend to help him out and I only paid $450 for it and it works perfectly, and the board is flawless. Anyways, did I get a good deal? As I've never messed with RF amps so I wasn't too sure, thanks. *Rebuid in progress*

If I remember right it's a class AB and super power hungry. I believe it's the last of the Rockford amps to be assembled(made)in the US or whatever they call it these dayz. They are getting hard to find, so I'd say if you wanted it. Then you got a good deal. Cause where are you going to find anther one.

I just teen they were sold for $1400 ish new, and this one works without any problems, so I thought $450 was a good deal. *Rebuid in progress*
poorfish88 Posted October 2, 2012 Report Posted October 2, 2012 Yep, Rockford put the T1500.2 T2000 T3000 T4000 all in the same case. And all of those amps were and are bad ass. I have never seen any power series amp I didn't love.
