revoracing247 Posted January 14, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 and then last weekend i built a box for 2 alpine type-e 10's i've had and probably gonna sell them really soon. anyways here''s all the pics from that. it's my first time building a ported box and making it look really pretty lol here's all the wood cut. just seeing if i planned the measurements right lol yay cutting circles! double baffle i am really please with how this came out. thinks it looks dang good if i can say so myself. glue time! first moc up of box got it put to gether mostely and just getting the wiring figured out. and here's it all put together alright and then got the corners all rounded out and then got really sick actually :/ but here's the finished product!! Anyways big shout out to RevoofRustler for helping quite a bit on this box. i think it came out quite nice. as for my truck. i plan on taking some more videos soon and also work on some small things and also probably gonna sstart working on painting my box soon! but first the next little bit i gotta finish rebuilding my crf, can't wait to have a working bike again finally!! let me know what ya guys think! revoracing247 Posted January 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 26, 2013 got more prep done on the box tonight for paint. finally got sanding disks for my palm sander. anyways, here's it all sanded. the first batch of bondo i mixed way too cold. so i actually scraped off a lot of it in places and now i have the second stage of bondo on and drying anyways let me know what you guys think! revoracing247 Posted February 22, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2013 alright sorry i haven't updated in a bit, if im honest i didn't think anyone was really watching lol. but my friend convinced me to finally update it. so here's some of the things i've been doing over the last few weeks. well more paint prep time! but now i've finally gotten to rounding the corners over! here's taping off the port so dust and crap doesn't get down there when i sand. and it rounded over and before i sanded done some edges i couldn't round over and well after sanding. i love some of the curves on my box. and well after more sanding it was time for the resign. i did my first batch really cold so i was just trying to give the box some heat to dry to get it to cure faster. and here's a random license plate i found lol I think you have a bit of truck stuck in your mud bro ~Ford Ranger, ext cabKenwood DDX4701/0ga stinger wiring for big 31/0ga ofc flextech wiring 3 kinetik 800's AQ2200 @1ohm Sundown Audio X15 in a 27Hz tuned ported box LE BUILD LOG!!!
