Its aimed at th epeople who are doing what baydestrian said. uploading music with the song artwork and thats that. However it creates a loophole. If you leave it open it leaves them open. in order to kill it you have to blanket statement the whole thing. This ability to argue will probably get you a one to one review to show that you are not trying to profit of the artists work. of course I see them getting overwhelmed real fast too. Definitely see them getting overwhelmed very quickly when the ability to "veto" the stated copyright infringement comes to work. They were merely capturing an act that uses that song.
