pimpedout97x Posted January 16, 2008 Report Posted January 16, 2008 is there an eq that will work with the mtx ta92001 amp? i want something like my Kicker KQ5 EQ, it has a sub control on it, but you have to hook it up to the amp with a phone cord, and the gain knob on the mtx amp doesnt use a phone cord.
PaulO2288 Posted January 16, 2008 Report Posted January 16, 2008 You need to get the mtx headphone jack type bassknob, they dont use the phone jack style. You also can mix Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, Power Acoustik, Atomic etc bassknobs with other companies it wont work. Ive tried.
pimpedout97x Posted January 16, 2008 Author Report Posted January 16, 2008 it comes with the bass knob i believe, i guess i just cant use it with the EQ sub knob. oh well.
