dpeebs Posted November 24, 2012 Report Share Posted November 24, 2012 i was having the same problem yesterday trying to tune my brother in laws system. we had a signal at 40 hz but none at 1000 hz. but he hs aa ghetto set up. he paid 40 bucks for everything but it like 10 years old and super crappy. when i tuned mine i forgot to turn the frequency all the way up at first then after that i had a signal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
soundbwoy Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 I had a similar problem, where i tried to tune a sony head unit, supposedly 4v output, and as i got to vol 19 i got the distortion light up only, nothing else, but as i got to level 31 and above both the signal and 40hz light came on, is there any reason why this would happen?
