DRCinc Posted October 20, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 20, 2012 showing the three piece door setup we did. the back 1/4" is for actual mounting, the plexi is also for mounting but mainly for look and appeal, and the top piece (displayed below) covers up the rest of it and allows it to fit into the factory location. flush mounted bolts into the top piece test fitting into the door you will notice the radio keys are in the factory vent slots to brace the bezel while we work on it. the opening is now large enough to allow the 8" alpine radio Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
