REVOofRustler
Hey guys! I'm starting to look for some mids and highs to replace the stockers in my Dakota. I'm aiming for sound quality, so pro audio stuff is out of the question, for the most part. So, onto my real question! I was looking at Hertz dealers (off of the Hertz website) and it came up with "Benchmark Motoring". It's in Bellevue, Washington and I drive by the place on my way to and from school every day. However, they don't have Hertz listed as one of the brands they carry. Is there anyone here that can tell me if they are actually a Hertz dealer? I've been seeing that a lot of people sell knock off Hertz stuff, so I wanna be really careful. Here's their website: http://www.benchmarkmotoring.com/ Looks like they deal with some pretty high end stuff... I'm gonna try to stop by on my way home from school tomorrow. Figured I'd ask here first though. mrd6
I can't verify if they are a dealer or not but benchmark is the real deal. I know when I was in there a few years back they pushed focal as their main speaker line so adding hertz to the lineup makes sense to me. They aren't the kind of place to sell fake hertz tho so i would not worry. If the hertz website says they are a dealer then I am sure they are. If you are going to buy from them, be aware that you can talk them down on their prices. They start high at MSRP usually as the list price because alot of their client base is willing to pay those prices easily and is not particularly knowledgeable in audio. So if they can tell you kind of know what you are talking about, then you can probably get a decent deal.
