How much stroner does the sand make the resin? I need to do something with my floor as its ripping on me, and thought about just fiberglassing the weak sections( ive already got deadner and ala thick layer of bedliner down also)

Not worried about looks as i will be putting carpet bsck in

Well the sand will add density so it should help a good bit by pouring a decent amount in your floor

No flex in the roof....louder. Most normal people wouldn't understand...

Biggest question here is how can the subs play under control so well with such a huge port???

Also this is absolutely incredible what your doing... I thought I was being crazy when i cut my doors up for my pods... lol.

Thanks guys and the port is actually 200 sq inches just with a giant flare upto the b-pillar (not technically a horn by design)...so it's fairly moderate in size.

Hey everyone. This build will, most likely, go into hibernation for the winter since I've ran out of resin @ this point and the temperatures will be dropping...along with it not being in a massive rush to be done for an event etc etc

Will be coming out strong in 2013 (if the zombie apocalypse hasn't happened...in that case, though, I'll be among the survivors...bring it on, zombies! guns+ammo are good to have...) though and will have plenty more in-store including glassing the center console straight into the floor with no seams, the whole interior will all be one fiberglass surface minus the dash area.

Beefing up the doors and adding mids, highs, and woofers to the doors+console are in-store :) stay tuned...

I know :( Though I have a little itch to at least fill the roof upto factory height like the front...just dont want to go buy more supplies with christmas coming up etc etc
