M4ST3R_OWNER Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 This is my ride.... old system i just took out... sundown sa12 dvc2... then upgrad... highs and mids... i have Infinity comp in doors. i dont remember the model or anything, but i have sub in factory spot in door and tweet right by the door latch. 4 ch is running front and back. back i have 2 pionear coax. i dont remember the model but the have tweet built in. i think there 240w something like that. then i got this... this is a 200 amp from nations alt and starters. run ok. i didnt really have volts like i thought i would have. I kept it for a year, then call i think his name is adam. but anyways we talked he said he had a new series...TAD lol.. so i went for it paid like another 275 on top of the 300. and it runs better but im only geting like 3.7V after it warms up. so i guess im keep it for now. im not going back to them. thinking more like exessive amp or mechman...but that will be some other time... ok then i come across a deal for 2 more sa12s but there dvc4 new*** and i got them.... that is also stinger something hyper 8 gauge. i really like it. had trim a little to get it in the terminals. its big enough where i solder both coils to 1 wire. you can see where i clean it up with tape. and its much easier than 8 wires. moms back porch lol. found a pic of my doors and rear spks. i try to keep it kind of stock but clean. i dont really like to show off, keep ppl from taking yo stuff and plus cops are really stupid and like to pull you over for anything. ok here is my voltage gauge lol everyone has them now a days. and you can see my head unit. just pionear. noting big. i thought about upgradeing but this puts out like 4v or 6v i cant remember, but there really great if you just use iphone for music. dont really use radio or cd. maybe do pionear premier some day, i like them too. alright i think thats up todates on and if not ill post pics or whatever when i find them. but this is the newest to the build.....THE BOX first i do want to thank Audiofanaticz and second Torres. couldnt build this box without there help. really Torres, i played with his box building cal. but he really walked me through it. alright here are the pics... Box was put together predrilled every hole. then took apart and glued. used liquid nail then gorila glue. wood i used is 3/4 mapple. works good and smells good. the only tools i had were skill saw, jig saw, sander, drill, clams, and straight edge. dont need no router or table saws. lol. i do need to tune the amp, i just keep most of it turn down for now. i really need dd-1 well hopefully more to come...this is not a weekly build by no means. i drive this car everyday to work. and i have a family lol. i cant wait for my son to get older so we can build some good stuff. he will help build thought. but yea thanks for check it out, let me know what you think. if you got any of this stuff let me know how it works for you. and if you want box you can have it. i can say this...My next thing to update will be my wires. i went really cheap on the first go around. but im think about get the knu 0 gauge... so if anybody can help me with other brands or more bang for the buck let me know. but everything i see knu is the best over all.

COLTON94 Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 Well 12's is more cone area and im keepin it all in the trunk and porting through my rear deck so i dont think a 15 or 18 woukd be happy with the living arangements. But its meh i got a while to think on it. Guna do my front stage and all that junk before i screw with my subs again
